Projected Annual Revenue

Based on conservative modeling, the campus generates:

  • $2.2M – $5.5M annual operational revenue
  • Energy sellback: $250K – $1M+
  • Lodging & retreats: $300K – $900K
  • Behavioral health reimbursement: $150K – $300K
  • VA-funded roles: $300K – $700K
  • Emergency operations reimbursement: $250K – $1.2M
  • Agricultural output: $50K – $200K

Five-Year Sustainability

Through energy independence, agricultural output, training grants, behavioral-health revenue, and federal emergency-activation funding, the campus becomes fully self-sustaining within five years.
