The campus spans 40-50 acres and is designed to scale from daily operations to emergency activation.

How many people can the campus support daily?

Daily operations support 360-510 people daily with on-campus housing, care, and services.

What is the surge capacity during disasters?

The campus can support 470-710 people supported in emergency response during disaster response, with CRC, Village 5, and hospitality villas converting for shelter and triage.

How is the project funded?

Phase 1 capital is $130M (Phase 1) supported by philanthropic partners, program funding, and mission-aligned investment.

What programs are included?

Core programs include transitional and long-term housing, behavioral health, fabrication and skilled trades training, agriculture and culinary pathways, renewable energy systems, and emergency operations support.
